60 ml Bahari.
30 ml fresh lime juice.
15 ml cane sugar syrup. (Substitute with honey/ maple syrup)
3 dashes of aromatic bitters.
Egg white or cellulose for foam.
Directions
- Shake over ice & serve straight up in a sour glass, with aromatic bitter garnish.
- Alternatively, serve on-the-rocks in a single Old Fashioned glass, with a dehydrated lime wheel garnish.
