230ml of pizza sauce*
2 tbsp olive oil

8 bacon slices, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces, cooked
1½ tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 large eggs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Spicy Shrimp Pizza

4 tbsp olive oil, divided
450g large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
pinch of salt and black pepper

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp dried oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10g fresh basil, chopped
grated Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp olive oil
1 packet Browns Camembert cheese, cut into slices
12 strawberries, quartered
¼ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
36g almonds, toasted and chopped

5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
25 cherry tomatoes, halved
130ml dry white wine/veggie broth
Directions
- Greek Roasted Veggie Pizza
- Toss the zucchini, eggplant, onion and garlic with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C until soft.Â
- Place the pita on a sheet pan and spread pizza sauce generously, then add the zucchini mixture and then place on top the tomatoes. Drizzle with ¼ teaspoon of olive oil then add crumbled feta (optional).
- Put in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve as is or cut in wedges.
- Breakfast Pizza
- Brush dough with olive oil and garlic. Top with mozzarella, bacon and green onions, leaving 3 (3-inch rounds) for the eggs.
- Place into preheated oven and bake at 180°C until the edges begin to brown, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Add eggs, gently cracking the eggs throughout and keeping the yolk intact.
- Place into oven and bake until the egg whites have set and crust is golden brown, an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired
- Spicy Shrimp Pizza
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lay pita bread on a sheet pan, brush with olive oil, Sprinkle about half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the pizza, leaving a 1-inch border. Then evenly spread the pizza sauce on top of the cheese. Add the shrimp in an even layer, and then cover with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until dough has risen and cheese is melted. Remove and garnish with chopped fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, combine vanilla, honey and lemon juice. Mix well, add strawberries and let sit.
- Lay pita bread on a sheet pan, top with slices of Camembert. Place back in oven until cheese is softened. Remove from oven and top each with a spoonful of honeyed strawberries. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
- Pizza Sauce Recipe
- Add 2 Tbsp. oil to the skillet. Add onions and saute for another 5 minutes, or until translucent. Add garlic and saute for one minute. Add wine or broth, and deglaze pan for one minute. Then add tomatoes, and oregano. Reduce heat to medium-low, and let simmer and reduce for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
