Pomona is part of a larger company called Tropical Lush, that has been making fresh fruit juices since 1999.
 It was initially started by Dip and Adarsh’s mum Surekha Shah from her home kitchen, and is now located in a commercial kitchen. You are most likely to have already drunk some of her fresh juices at many of the restaurants and hotels in Kenya.Â
Over 22 years of existence Tropical Lush has engaged with a big number of farmers and helped reduce post harvest losses by taking fruit and vegetables that would otherwise not make it to the market. Today, Tropical Lush has a team of 50 people in total, with the majority being women.Â
Pomona’s cold press juices are 100% made of fruits and veggies, with no added sugar and no added water.Â
Waste is separated and recycled or reused for the company’s own production or donated / provided to other facilities.
