Pork and spinach orbs 

INGREDIENTS

250g sausage filling
100g spinach blanched, water squeezed out and chopped
1 tblsp parsley finely chopped
50g grated cheddar
2 tblsp butter

METHOD

Heat the oven to 200. 

Mix together all ingredients except the butter. Wet your hands and roll into 12 balls. 

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Pop on a baking tray and bake for about 8 mins. 

Perfect cooked the night before!
