Pork and spinach orbs

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g sausage filling

  • 100g spinach blanched, water squeezed out and chopped

  • 1 tblsp parsley finely chopped

  • 50g grated cheddar

  • 2 tblsp butter

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 200 deg C.
  • Mix together all ingredients except the butter. Wet your hands and roll into 12 balls. 
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Pop on a baking tray and bake for about 8 mins. 
  • Perfect cooked the night before!
