WHB Dry Aged Top Rump Steak – 500g (Frozen)

WHB is a state-of-the-art butchery and abattoir in northern Kenya. All of our livestock is selected from farms and ranches across Laikipia. The steers and lamb are humanely and holistically raised, fed only grass, and then humanely slaughtered. The lamb is vacuum-packed and divided into various cuts after being hung for five days in the cold room and 28 days for the beef.​​​

The cow’s upper rump region is where this triangle cut originates. Its layer of fat is gorgeous. The muscle stays tender because it does not move much while the animal is alive. Fit for grilling, the fat layer gives the meat flavor and moisture.
