- Baobab Smoothie
1 apple, chopped
2 handfuls of spinach
1 heaped tsp of baobab powder
Juice of half a lime
300ml of water
- Spirulina Smoothie
150g frozen banana, peeled and chopped
200ml almond milk
150g fresh blueberries
80g frozen pineapple
1-2 tablespoon spirulina powder
- Moringa Smoothie
150g fresh strawberries
200ml unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in blender with milk for 10 min)
10g fresh mint
10g fresh mint
100g of white quinoa
1 tbsp moringa powder
- Tumeric Smoothie
240ml unsweetened plant milk of choice
140g frozen mango chunks
1 peeled, quartered and frozen orange
60g frozen banana
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp turmeric
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth then pour into a glass and enjoy. You can add in any sweetener of your choice to these recipes or swap out the plant milk for cow or goat milk.
