200g Ola Tortilla Chips Lightly Salted
200g Ola Tortilla Chips Cheese Crunch
450g ground beef
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar, Mozzarella, or a blend)
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup cream cheese
- Pico De Gallo
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
- Guacamole:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa Verde:
6 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare the guacamole by mixing all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- In another bowl, combine the pico de gallo ingredients and set aside.
- For the salsa verde, blend tomatillos, onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a blender until smooth.
- In the air fryer basket, layer half of the Ola Tortilla Chips Lightly Salted.
- Spread half of the browned ground beef, black beans, and shredded cheese over the chips. Add a layer of salsa verde and pico de gallo.
- Repeat the layering process till you finish all your ingredients. Remember to alternate the tortilla chips on each layer.
- Airfry for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer.
Top the nachos with dollops of guacamole, pico de gallo, and cream cheese.
