1 stir-fry pack (200g) Farm Fresh Oriental Stir FryÂ
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (Optional.)
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the stir-fry pack and cook till vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mirin, and honey. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
