Our seafood is sourced from Watamu through Kentuna – a sustainable, conscious seafood company whose remit includes training fishermen on best practice and reducing over-fishing. Salmon and trout is sourced through Smokey Oakeys; the salmon is imported and smoked here in Kenya, whilst the trout is locally sourced. All our meat is fresh-frozen, locking in all the nutrients and goodies, so you will receive your products frozen. For best results, we recommend bringing the meat up to room temperature before cooking.
