Pork and spinach orbs

250g sausage filling
100g spinach blanched, water squeezed out and chopped
1 tblsp parsley finely chopped
50g grated cheddar
2 tblsp butter
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200 deg C.
- Mix together all ingredients except the butter. Wet your hands and roll into 12 balls.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Pop on a baking tray and bake for about 8 mins.
- Perfect cooked the night before!
